Our Story

Welcome to the website of Dr. Arthur Belsky, a distinguished dentist with over four decades of experience in the field of dentistry. Dr. Belsky is a graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry, where he obtained his dental degree in 1977. After completing his degree, he served as a Captain in the US Army Dental Corps until 1979 at Fort Bliss.


Following his service in the Army, Dr. Belsky relocated to Portland, Oregon, where he taught at Portland Community College as an assistant professor in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene. During his time at Portland Community College, he honed his skills as an educator and became known for his passion for teaching  the Science and Art of Dentistry.


In 1980, Dr. Belsky transitioned to private practice in Portland, where he worked until 1988. He then returned to his alma mater, Temple University, as an assistant professor in the Operative Dentistry Department. During his time at Temple University, he trained and mentored many dental students, helping to shape the future of the profession.

In 1994, Dr. Belsky moved to Klamath Falls and joined a practice as an associate. Ten years later, in 2004, he started his own practice, Klamath Dental Center in the Medical Dental Building, a registered historic building designed to serve the modern Medical and Dental Practitioners in Klamath Falls. Dr. Belsky's practice quickly became known for its high level of personalized care and attention to detail, and he has since become a well-respected member of the Klamath Falls community.


In addition to his work as a dentist, Dr. Belsky is also an avid traveler and enjoys exploring new destinations whenever he has the opportunity. He is also a lifelong member of the Klamath County Historical Museum and has a passion for industrial arts and the art of dentistry.


Dr. Belsky is a devoted family man and has been married to his wife for 28 years. They have two children, including a son who is an instructor in the Air Force and a daughter who just graduated Portland State University with dual degrees in Criminology and Physchology. She was proud to be on the Deans List and graduated with honors.
